Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital downloads are non-refundable and non-returnable once delivered. Please ensure you review product details and file formats before purchasing.
If you receive the wrong file or experience any technical issues, contact us at contact@holycalligraphy.com and we will resolve it promptly.

Physical Products

We accept returns or exchanges for physical items within 14 days of delivery, provided:

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.

• You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item.

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
